RO-MAN 2017 paper accepted
The paper “A Framework for Interactive Teaching of Virtual Borders to Mobile Robots” authored by Dennis Sprute, Robin Rasch, Klaus Tönnies and Matthias König has been accepted at the 26th IEEE International Symposium on Robot and Human Interactive Communication, RO-MAN 2017. It will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from August 28 to September 1, 2017.
The paper deals with a framework for teaching virtual borders to mobile robots. These virtual borders will be respected by the robot in future navigation tasks. This allows the flexible and interactive defintion of a mobile robot’s workspace. More information can be found in a preprint version of the paper.
