Class Description

The project’s hardware is based on a Parrot Ar.drone that incorporates two cameras (front and bottom view). The bottom camera is used to capture images of the ground. An image processing algorithm is applied to detect colored lines on the ground that are followed by the drone autonomously.

The project was realized by T. Sandrock, E. Schmidt and D. Sprute.
